tomostory supports everyday posts, profiles, friend relationships, and conversation. Registration requires accurate information, applicable adult age requirements, and acceptance of the displayed terms. A friend request or acceptance is not blanket consent to calls, meetings, or disclosure.
Content and safety
You retain your rights to your content and must have permission to share it. Processing is limited to service delivery, display, translation, safety, and related purposes in the Privacy Policy. Impersonation, harassment, exploitation, privacy infringement, and security abuse are prohibited.
Purchases and refunds
Where paid features are offered, prices, points, conditions, and refund information are shown before purchase. Applicable consumer rights are not excluded by store policies. Contact cs@tomostory.com for purchase or refund assistance.
Account closure, disputes, and changes
Deletion can be requested in the app or through support. Statutory records may be retained separately. Material changes are announced before adoption, with additional consent where required. Applicable mandatory protections in your country are preserved. These terms take effect on October 17, 2026.
