Open My profile → Delete account and complete identity verification. End ongoing calls or bookings first, or ask support for assistance.
By email
Send an account deletion request to cs@tomostory.com if you cannot use the app. Support may request minimal information to identify the account. Never email your password or SMS code.
Information removed
Your authentication account, profile, everyday posts and media, friend relationships, and messages or translations you sent are handled under the Privacy Policy. Our operational target is completion within 30 days, with reasons and an expected timeline provided for delays.
Information retained separately
Necessary statutory transaction, refund, dispute, and safety evidence is retained for limited purposes and periods. Other people’s content and copies outside the app may remain. See the Privacy Policy for details.
