I signed up. What should I do first?

A simple guide to profiles, everyday moments and starting a conversation.

1. Introduce yourself

Write a little about your favorite food, how you spend your days off, or something you are interested in. A short introduction is enough.

2. Explore everyday moments

Look at the places people visit and what they enjoy. You can also share a drink or a view from your walk. Check your audience settings before posting.

3. Open a profile that interests you

Opening a profile for the first time costs 100P. Check the points and terms shown on the screen before proceeding.

4. Request a chat

After opening the profile, you can request a chat without a call. A conversation starts when the other person accepts. Messages are translated into Korean and Japanese. Automatic translations may contain mistakes.

Chat requests require points and chats have a time limit. Check the request screen for details.

5. Choose a call or a meeting when you both want to

Arrange a convenient time for a call. If you both want to meet, discuss a date and place. Take each step when you feel ready.

If something feels uncomfortable

You do not have to continue a conversation. Use the report or block features, or contact cs@tomostory.com. Never share passwords or verification codes.
